1. Place the rack in the center of the oven

Blend on low for about one minute. Stop the

machine and scrape down then increase the

mixer speed to medium and beat for two

to three minutes. The batter will be thick.

3. Divide the batter between the two pans

to the edges of the pans.

4.Bake the cake until the center springs

back when lightly pressed and the

sides just begin to pull away. Begin

watching around 30 minutes.

5.Remove from the oven and set for 5 minutes.
