Spring’s Exuberance
I am so excited when this sweet rose blooms. Buds form along the arching branches
This year, the flowers seem to be expressing themselves in abundance. I am delighted each day to walk round my garden to see what is coming up and what is blooming. Such a blessing and a gift is a garden.
this rose bush is just beginning to open her blooms. She is full this year – I love the sweet pink color
Azaleas herald the glory of spring – these bushes are exquisitely full of blooms
Helleboros are rising in my list of favorite flowers. These hearty plants perform early in the season and continue to be beautiful for weeks on end.
these glorious Snapdragons are coming into their third season – I am excited that they are flush with blooms – they’ve sent out babies that I am finding everywhere
I was concerned for my Iris when they began blooming in the latter part of winter – they’ve beautifully withstood the cold and are performing brilliantly
The Columbine to me are like little fairies dancing above their plant – they blend beautifully in the garden and are prolific
The Scilla is just exquisite in it’s color and form
