Country Living Fair
The day was perfect – bright and beautiful. I have been looking forward to the Country Living Fair returning to Stone Mountain, GA! I had such a good time last year and found some really lovely treasures.
This year, I met up with my new friend, Karen. She and I share interest in crafting and home decor. This was her first time to the Country Living Fair. As we spent time getting to know one another we strolled the lanes filled with vendors. Many were returns from last year. I was completely delighted to see all the marvelous things that were offered.
At our first stop I spotted this delightful birdcage and was more delighted at its bargain price. I also found two large vintage keys at this booth…the day was beginning well.
I had in mind a few things I’d hoped to find and a few things
I missed getting last year for one reason or another…hoping to find this year.
I found these wonderful wrought iron brackets – their dragonfly design caught my heart…there’s a special project in the works that these will be perfect for.
I love the look of Hedge Apples and their citrus fragrance. I picked up a few to use in decorating.
The fragile look and lovely name of this fern brought joy as well.
I saw several of these last year and missed getting one –
this year I was delighted to find several.
These look beautiful when trained up a topiary.
Taking in all the lovely displays created by the Country Living staff, the wonderful booths and displays, we had a wonderful
most Delightsome day.
I am already looking forward to next year – I hope it will be a lovely
Mother-Daughter(s) day out!
I am sharing this post with these Delightsome blog parties:
