Toujours is a French adverb that means,
“Always, Anyway, Any How, At Least and Still”
I have determined to remind myself to apply this word to my life.
I liked the sound of the word and thought
that in my words, actions and deeds if I first thought
To remind myself that I wanted to strive to be
Don’t the people in our lives deserve the best we can give?
Don’t we ourselves deserve to be the best we can be?
There’s enough evil and wickedness in this world
that I want to determine to be
a haven of peacefulness, comfort,
safety for my family and those in my life.
Taking the time, to slow down our easily fast-paced
lives to take a moment to think
In our actions, reactions and words.
How pleasant our lives can be.
Difficult times will come to us all – but applying
A moment to think how one would act-be
Can make all the difference.
I think it wonderful that we as women can celebrate our
attribute of femininity; that we can bring to our families,
homes and our life abit of delight and bliss.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Thank you from the bottom of a very grateful heart for stopping by,
I hope you have a Delightsome day and remember…
