We’re having a lazy start to our Saturday at A Delightsome Life. We have a wedding to go to this afternoon. Our son will be best man and Dearest will sing Etta James’ ‘At Last’. It is going to be a beautiful day. As I was looking around, the theme for Saturday’s inspiration came from the title of Jacqueline’s post – Taking Time for Pretty….perfect for this midsummer Saturday morning.
Jacqueline shares some very pretty photos in her very pretty post at Cabin & Cottage.
Brenda at Shabby Cats and Roses shared the pretty paint color she put on her lovely china cabinet.
Sissie at Sissie’s Shabby Cottage shares just how pretty Jeanne d’Arc style is.
Helène shares very pretty teacups and a sweet bird painting at Helène Flont.
Jade at White and Shabby shared some exquisite photos for a beautiful summer Saturday morning.
Debra at Common Ground found these pretty pillows…see how she transformed two of them when they began to be a bit worn; keeping the pretty.
Dearest asked, what are you doing today…well, not much time before the wedding. But, I am going to add some pretty to our living room. The complete transformation is almost done! It’s been a longtime coming. I’ll share more soon!
Remember to take Jacqueline’s advice…take time for pretty.
