The Charm of Blush in the Master Bedroom.

There’s a sweetness and a freshness to the color of blush in home decor. This spring I am adding a touch of blush here and there to add charm to the decor of our Master Bedroom. This post includes affiliate links.

Several have shared their fondness for blush as I have. There’s a phrase coined and I’m not sure where it started – but I fully embrace it – ‘I’m crushing on blush’!

Now, I’ve not used it very much in the Master bedroom…until now.

I’ve actually dedicated a whole guest bedroom to my adoration for blush. This room also has a French flair.

I have found that a little blush here makes a really big difference and satisfies my love for this color. This is just right for me and not too much for Dearest.

I love lightening the decor in all the rooms in our home for Spring. Here in the dining room, I shared lighter accents in the room’s decor.

In our bedroom, a simple change in lighter comforter and fewer pillows make a big difference. I found these perfect blush pillows at IKEA!

Fresh flowers as always enhance a room’s decor.

Comforters, in the Spring, help to add charm to a bedroom, but also to bring warmth when there’s still a bit of a chill in the morning or evening. I switched out our  comforter to a lighter heirloom white bed spread.  affiliate link

We don’t have to make big sweeping changes in a room to give it a completely different look. Using accent colors here and there – and perhaps our favorite colors we can make our homes reflect us more. We can make our homes welcoming, comfortable and cozy…and beautifully colorful.
