There are so many ‘Cottage’ styles that I wondered, what features are signature to each style and what makes it appealing. Finding your Cottage style is fun…perhaps you’re like me and you like to mix Cottage styles.

English Cottage is distinguished by antiques, overstuffed chairs, cozy spots for tea.
French Cottage uses the vibrant Provencal colors with a touch of rustic style such as the use of painted furniture and roosters.
Shabby Chic
blends the perfectly imperfect, hardwood floors, white walls, flea market finds and soft pastel colors.
Romantic Cottage is covered in floral touches, pinks and feminine touches.
Garden brings the outdoors inside using the range of colors from the garden, plants, and trellises giving one the sense of the indoors melding with the outdoors.
